Effective date: April 18, 2026. This Policy describes how Neocore Health, Inc. ("Neocore," "we," or "us") handles information in connection with the Neocore simulations site (the "Site"). It supplements our main privacy materials on neocorehealth.com where applicable.

1. What this Site collects

The Site uses a simple access code to unlock a session cookie so you can view authorized simulations. We may also receive standard server and analytics data processed by our hosting provider (for example, IP address, device/browser metadata, and timestamps) as needed to operate and secure the service.

Model inputs you enter (for example, clinic counts or pricing assumptions) are processed in your browser session to display results. We do not intend to use those inputs for marketing. Depending on configuration, such data may appear in our hosting or application logs for security or debugging for a limited time.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Authenticate access and protect confidential Materials;
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms and agreements.

3. Sharing

We use service providers (such as hosting) to run the Site. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Neocore, users, or the public.

4. Confidentiality and your obligations

The simulations and related Materials are confidential. Sharing access or Materials with unauthorized persons may violate your agreements with Neocore and may result in those agreements being voided, in addition to other remedies. See our Terms of Service.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate business needs (such as security logs).

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the information on neocorehealth.com to exercise applicable rights.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on the Site with a new effective date.
